Tire pressure
FOr the entire time I have owned my SVX I ran my tires at 32psi/32psi. Then while doing a pressure check I noticed that the current tires have a max psi rating of 45, so I bumpred the pressure up to 42psi all around (to allow wiggle room due to thermal expansion)
WOW!!!! It was SCARY-FUN how fast I could dive into those curves with my foot on the gas. This simple mod (does it count as a mod?) did so much to change the handling of the car. Naturally, the ride is quite bumpy, but any passengers who don't like it can walk. |
