Replace your manifold gaskets? Hope so.
Check ALL your vacuum connections - something is leaking. |

Agree with XanRules wrt something's leaking. However, from a 16G to an FP Green with no pro-tune? Also, have you upgraded your fuel pump? Fill out your profile as we don't know what you're driving!

For a noob, you dove head first into a rubber band ball of potential problems.

Sounds like you've got some good hardware there, but as mentioned you need equally good software/firmware (tune) to support those mods. You mentioned having a problem after you did something to your intake. Was it running well prior to that?

First post says 850cc injectors and a Perrin front mount
Your mod list says 1000cc injectors and an APS frontmount Doesn't add up... |

So you have had the 1000cc injectors the whole time? Or did you switch from the 850cc to the 1000cc because that could cause horrible idle and stalling as well if they have not been scaled.
If all you did was the manifold then it does sound like a vacumn leak somewhere. |

If your brother built the car, have him fix the car. He obviously knows, judging by that mod list..

When i put on my manifold i had to adjust my idle up a good bit. Once i got it tuned i didnt have to. so adjust idle or get a tune

You should be trailering that car to the shop to get tuned and not attempting to drive it at all. Or risk a 6k motor, your choice. Pull the manifold back off, replace the gaskets, reinstall the manifold, and let the car sit until it gets tuned. I also would have gone with a larger fuel pump, but it may be too late for that now.
