Tire Pressure Loss on Yokahoa Geolander Tires
Has anyone experienced air pressure loss on Yokahoma Geolander tires on a Forester 2001? I am losing pressure from 32 down to 26 or 25 over a three day period and 1/2 to one on the other three tires over the same period. The Subaru dealer can find nothing wrong. The tire warranty folks asked me have a certified tire dealer check which I did and they find nothing wrong with the tire or the wheel. The next step is for the certifed warranty rep to follow-up with the tire warranty folks which they are going to do, but now I am begining to wonder if others have had the same problem and am concerned about the safety of the tires/vehicle on the road. Thanks...

That doesn't sound right. Losing 1psi over a month is normal. I'm assuming they checked for leaks in both the tread and sidewalls. Did they check the valve stems too? Maybe there is something wrong with the bead or even the rims themselves?
Hope you find an answer. Ken |
