Between girls night last night and brunch after church this morning... I have a feeling tomorrow's scale might not be happy with me. Or I may not be happy with it.

But... I had been good for the rest of the week, so we'll see what happens.

Usually after some drinks, the next day I'm down a few lbs from being dehydrated. Then after the next day I'm back to where I was, so it should equal out. One meal isn't going to affect your weight loss. It you are up, it's water weight.

I'd like to think the weight loss had something to do with my effort but I believe it was more that my first weigh in was a heavy day. I'll take it though!

So far so good. 15,235cals (1710 protein, 805 carbs, 575 fat) and a moderate carb refeed Saturday. Bottomed at 194 Saturday morning. Going to cut back on wings and beer this week but otherwise leave things as is.

init: 201.2

I weighed myself this morning and lost a couple of pounds the first week which I'm happy with. I'm going to exchange my scale this week. There is a 2lb variance when I get off the scale and immediately get on. I will weigh myself like 3 or 4 times immediately after each other and they are all different. I will post results tonight.

Sounds dumb, but have you tried a different surface? There's one spot on my tile floor that is just uneven enough to give similar results.

Congrats on the weight loss!

This is going to be an...interesting...week. I started my new job last night, am rushing to finish my grad school portfolio, travelling out of state Thurs-Sun and have to have everything out of my apartment by next Monday. I don't think I'll be able to weigh in on Monday because I'll be moving into my new place Mon/Tues. God I just want it to be a week from now.

Same as last week

I was doing great yesterday morning (down 1.5 lbs) but then I ate and drank like a pig last night and afternoon. Fail.

Bad combination of more food and less exercise.

Will post a pic this afternoon, but up 2 lbs. I have been doing insanity all week well 5 days at least. Have hit my fuel points 3000, everyday except Friday, I think its muscle mass increasing because I have been losing my soft look. But I really want to lose weight!

I'm going to post in on this even though I'm too late to compete and not that fired up about that angle anyway. Will weigh in in the morning and see where I am, since I didn't today. Tuesday mornings are better for me anyway, since by then the weekend's dietary excesses are mostly out of my system.

Good luck all!

For consistency sake, do yourself a favor and at least wear the same clothes each time you weigh in. Also helps to take your morning weight after a piss unless your day to day consumption is strict and robotic.

I weigh in at the same time wearing the same amount of clothes everyday. I've been doing this 8 months I know what I'm doing.
