Default Cobb Stage 1 93 Octane ECU For Sale

260hp for sale

I've sadly ended the lease on my WRX (saving money with a Sentra SE-R Spec V, which is a lot of cheap wheel-spinnin' fun in its place) and I've got a Cobb Stage 1 93 Octane ECU for sale. I bought a brand new ECU and had it reflashed to avoid any downtime and to have a spare, stock ECU for those situations when it might be needed.

It's for a 2002 5-speed WRX (AFAIK, it will only work with another 2002). It's V1.06. 15 minutes to install, and provides 260hp/260ft/lb in an otherwise stock WRX. There are lots of positive impressions on these forums if you search.

If the ECU meets your needs as is, you can use it as is. If you want to have it reflashed to another Cobb program, it costs $30 to transfer the reflash ownership, and it only makes sense to do this if you ever plan to upgrade your exhaust or turbo in the future.

Asking $600 US + shipping, a savings of $300 over new.

E-mail me if you're interested.

It appears tha he is selling his ECU reflashed - that includes an ECU plus a reflash. Cobb sells their reflash for 395 and their ECU's for about 500 I believe.

sorry...i was assuming he would need a replacement ecu from whoever buys the cobb reflash. this would mean that he was only selling the reflash which is 395. just a misunderstanding.
