Anyone know of the best way to contact them?
Is there a telephone number to call to speak to an actual human being? The details online are just for an answer machine that is never responded to and an messaging service that appears not to work either. Help would be appreciated.

Well since no one else has any input yet- I have extensive experience dealing with soa. It takes weeks or months for them to respond to emails, they won't answer questions about the car, and when I call, I'm on hold for 30-45mins until I get a "leave a message".

Have you tried to just e-mail them? When I needed to contact them, that's what I did and they got back to me the next day.

Awful service from Subaru Laval, squeaks everywhere and oil consumption issues.
So far, about 10 emails sent and no closer to a solution. I will changing dealership and starting all over again. 12th vehicle, 1st Subaru, very disappointed. |

I guess it's time to look for a new dealership. I'm sure there are more Subaru dealerships in the Montreal area than here in Vancouver, BC. So it shouldn't be too bad.

I've had experiences with several in the area, North shore, Laval, Montreal island and the South Shore. OP, how far are you willing to travel?
As with anything, some are better than others.... |
