Well, allow me to start the rant with this. Lone Star Realty FAILS at representing this great State. Turned in my application yesterday, AND paid the $40 app fee. Not only did they NOT run the application, they failed to tell me someone else was applying for the SAME HOUSE!! So they call me this morning to tell me they could not find where I paid, even though I did it online I front of them, AND that the house was rented to someone else at 1500 yesterday afternoon.. My app was turned in at 1430..

With that bs first thing this morning, I set out to look for another house through a different agency. Hunter Realty.. First impression was aggressive and relatively ghetto service reps. A woman came in there, stating the house she looked at had a hole in the door, Hunter Realty told her that since it was ONLY cosmetic, they would not repair it. If she wanted it fixed, she had to do it herself and would NOT be reimbursed for it. I took the chance anyhow and looked at 2 houses. The houses had torn carpet, stained carpet, the top lock to one of the houses did not work because the front door had OBVIOUSLY been kicked in and jimmied back together and closed. The other house was highly over estimated in value among other things.. So I moved on.

Finally I drove by a house that had a sign in front of it and looked relatively nice from the outside, was well maintained and in a decent neighborhood off Stan Schleuter. I called the agent and made an appt to pick up a key for the place. They were EXTREMELY polite and informative. They also gave me the key and allowed me to take the wife through the house without issues. The house was just as nice outside as inside. Needless to say, I will probably be buying this house. The last Agency is In the same office as Exit Realty by Hobby Lobby in Killeen.

We're working on it. The new house we found has no one else looking at it. It's got a decent drive way as well and a number of other things working for us. Hope all works out

What's wrong with your car, and what year STi are you looking for? Is yours stock or what upgrades are in the car. All of this is critical info

@miggs

Man, I lucked out finding my STi. Looking for STi's is difficult, I took about 3 months to finally acquire mine. And for some reason STi's REALLY hold their value.

As far as the 04 STi for 17k.. Seems pretty high. Shouldn't have to pay that when he replaced the motor. Why was it replaced? Just the first of many indications something is or was wrong. Just my .02 though.

Yeah I'd agree with you there but I picked this guys brain for about three weeks on this car and he could tell me absolutely everything about it an answer any question i had right on the spot. He said the previous owner spun a bearing I think. It was an awesome car. I found it on here and haven't met anyone on here that hasnt been a straight up guy so far
