Hella horns
Hey, I got my Hella supertone horns and installed them today! It is very easy to do. I mounted them right behind the front grill. All you have to do is cut the wire (if you don't want to use the old horn too) to the origional horn, and run a wire to the new horn(s), then from the other terminal on the horn to ground. Hella gave me a relay but you don't need to use it. It took me about 1 1/2 hrs to do it. I thought the horns would be louder than they are but at least they are louder than the stock ones and I will have to get used to the new sound of them but I am glad I got them. I give them 8 stars out of 10. ********

And actually you do need to use a relay or they won't be even nearly as loud as they should be.

No, it really didn't. We don't have a whole ton of space for topics as it is, why bump up old crap that doesn't need to be bumped and waste space?
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. |

There's really still no good reason to bump stuff like this, unless it's the only post in here of its kind, and there's further investigation to be done or something. Obviously there have been a few Hella horn discussions since then. |
