Do you stock the Active GT springs? Rumors exist that these springs may have slight fitment issues which can cause noise/clunking etc. Have you installed any ?
Also, do you have Helix non-catted downpipes in stock? If so, please PM me with shipped total for springs and DP for So.Cal delivery. Thanks |

I have them, they do have slight fitment issues, but they handle killer. I think a couple of things remedy this, particularly how the end of the metal sits in the rear struts. I would get some rubber hose and slide it on the end so it fits better and there's less rubbing metal to metal. Maybe a little dab of grease wouldn't hurt. I have no noise from the front. Handling is awesome totally flat. Definitely firmer, but I also added a perrin sway bar on full stiff. Ride is OK.

We've installed the GT springs on 2 STIs, and 04 and 05 and on an 04 WRX. We have had no issues when any of the vehicles.
As mnavarro stated, the handling is superb. Any fitment issues can be resolved directly with us as we are an official Espelir distributor. Regards, Dan Harman Motive, Inc. |

WRXRACER: Regarding spring rates, they vary heavily between manufacturers. You can't convert it to pounds necessarily because it may be kg per cm or other metric measurement. They are best used to compare the two Espelir springs.
Regarding the exhaust, it's as straight through as they come (as you can see in the pictures). Unlike some of the other straight systems, it doesn't hang too low. Furthermore, the placement of the muffler flange far forward of the rear differential gives this system a ton of movement space = no rattles. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks, Logan |

Thanks for the quick reply
The Reason im asking about the springs is that im looking for stiffer springs than the ones out there..I see the springs rates are pretty stuff just wanted to make sure that they are actually 5kg/4.1 since I've never seen springs for the WRX like these..Looks good though was thinking about putting these on some kyb AGX's. Also would you happen to have sound clips and power gains from that exhaust? I have the HKS Carbon Fiber Ti before and it was wayy to low..this look better i hated the other one over speed bumps..Also i see that small center Resonator? I was looking for a straight center section like the Invidia Race exhaust they have..but i would like to pick up those springs/exhaust the drop is good enough i dont want it to be to low hehe |

They are certainly good and stiff. KYB would be an excellent addition and we do have a set in stock at $130 per strut.
The catback alone on a WRX is good for ~10hp. With a downpipe and uppipe, the full system ads ~30whp. We have a ton of uppipes (DC Sports, PDE) and downpipes (Helix, PDE) in stock. Give us a call and we can put a nice package together for you. Regards, Dan Harman Motive, Inc. |

Just had the JGT500 put on my STi by these guys this weekend (along with my Defi Amber guages), and it sounds really, really nice. I would describe it as quiet when you need it to be, loud when you want it to be. =) Plus the Harman gang are a bunch of cool guys to hang out with during the install. I def plan on doing more business with them in the future (when I save up some more cash).
