What parts did you get? I'm going to get mine clear-bra'd at Modern Armor as soon as I can after I get it. I already bought some Opti-Coat 2.0 to protect the paint.
Happy new years eve everyone

If you can get it for that price do it. I asked my dealer and they said 390. My last car I got done for 200 so I suppose it varies.

I was told that scheduled meant at the port. Mine was scheduled 12-14 and then "released" meaning that it was either checked in and or had port options installed on 12-17. Then it sits in a lot until it is "shipped truck" which for me was 12-28. Mine had no port installed options but probably took longer to be shipped due to xmas. My first eta at the dealer was 12-26 and is now supposed to arrive today.

Mine has original Scheduled Date 12/18 but then changed to 12/21 and it was at the dealership on 12/30. Just had to drop my car off for clearbra and permaplate installation. Hopefully whoever comes pick up the car for the installation isn't going wot in my car.

The dealer isn't very responsive and haven't given me a schedule date. I'll give them a call and get back to you.

Hahaha!

No really, these past few days I have been suffering from some of the worst waiting yet. My car is here and is just a matter of when I can get out to the Cape to pic her up!

My Vacation, the holidays, snow, work, and the 2 hour drive out to the dealer is really holding everything up.

I should get a call back today, they are working out my registration concerns because Im a RI resident, but im buying the car in MA.

They said the only thing that could cause in issue is if RI requires a physical VIN check to register the car from another state...new or not.
Thats no big deal if I let them dilver the car but thats not going to happen...I don't want them driving it.

We should know soon. Worst case is I'll still take delivery in MA, but get temp MA plates and register the car in RI myself after a day or two. I'll just have to pay the 1% difference in sales tax. No big deal.

- Alex.

No new updates since I found another car @ cityside in boston and threatened to walk on this order.

That prompted them telling me the truth, that it HAD been built and should hit baltimore January 22nd.

I'm trading two vehicles, one of which they already have over there on their lot (in storage) and it's all complicated so I just decided to stick with them and wait it out.

They better give me goddamn invoice or lower though this is ridiculous.

JUST ORDERED!

2013 SWP STI 5DR Hatchback

Popular package, Sports package, and Navi!

Cannot wait. Dealer said around 4 months. This is going to be the worst type of wait I have ever endured!

The wait doesn't end when you pick up the car either. The first 1000 miles is just as bad (@260 now, got a rock chip in the hood already when I'm getting clear bra in a couple days !#%@).

Man, rock chips are so frustrating because you notice the chip nonchalantly. How is the paint on these cars?
