They look sexy on it :-) rating of 41k was on the spec sheet, not sure what the factory 20g did. my ecm had a non-adjustable dwell time and the factory coilpacks couldn't handle the 3millisec for very long so every 3-6 months one would overheat if it ran a bit lean. The new ones can handle 5ms under full duty. I've had this craving for pizza n wings, just won't go away.

Hey guys, non-subie owner checking in. Where do you recommend getting tires installed in Prescott/Prescott Valley where they won't jack up the rims?

Get em mounted somewhere then bolt them on yourself or watch them properly torque your lug nuts on. If they use the impact wrench they will strip your lugs.
I just had a wrench thrown in my trip to Cali, my tranny finally gave out.... just one thing after another for me. Wasn't driving it hard and didn't hear anything break but 1st gear makes a loud clicking/rattling noise, second gear is fine. Anyone know what a broken tooth in a 5 speed sounds like? Guess its time for a 6spd swap :-/

Thank you for the reply! I planned to put them on myself but I'm concerned they'd jack up the lip mounting the tires so that's why I asked if anyone here recommends a particular shop to mount them

I have a spare 5 spd taking up too much space in my garage. It need a new center diff bearing tho. (15 min swap if your is still good). Ill let it go for beer.

Ill PM you my number if you dont still have it. We can use the garage to do the swap as well. I have all the tools. just need some 2x4's to get the car up high enough to pull the trans out from under it.

Also, to the non-subie-owner, I had my last set of tires installed at ponderosa tire. Make sure you tell then to use the tape-on-weights though if your worried about that.

I'm headed to a BBQ at friends of my ladies house out in PV around 5. . Not sure how long we will stay there or how long you guys will all be at PbC(been there many times, torbeque wings FTW, just wish they didn't tear me up so bad lol)

I will check the thread when we are leaving the BBQ. See what the lady wants to do and if you are still hanging around maybe I can convince her to stop by on our way back out to Williamson valley. Ill be the tall ass dude in a fitted black cardinals hat.

Thanks for the invite yo, hopefully I can make it.

Not much, just freezing my ass off. I only have a spare 93 legacy turbo MAF but I'm pretty sure it wont work. My ej20 doesn't use one. What are you driving anyways? I waved at a silver bugeye today but they looked at me like I was crazy.

That would be nice, was considering buying one but ammo is so cheap its almost not worth it. You don't happen to have a glock sight tool also? I've been using a block of wood/hammer while the slide is in a vice at home so I've been struggling getting that zeroed. I haven't been able to find ammo for my 10/22 anywhere in town but I have plenty of .45acp, 7.62x54, and 12ga target shells.

Hey guys, just wanting to see whos down for a saturday meet. My car spun a bearing so im weighing my options (flat-6, rebuild the 207, swap another 207 or built 2.2t block and 207 heads combo) right now. I bet some people wish they had my problems. lol. Wont be showing up to the meets in a subie for a while, but whatever.

Let me know.
