Wow, I'm not a doubter but your really seeing no knock voltage at that high of a boost level?
I have a 60lb/min turbo that might read 360 on real 0 correction mustang. By your stage 2 260 numbers, it shows you have not altered corrections and it is reading how it should. 400+ on 26 psi!! 2006 EVO you meant? |

a 60 lb/min turbo with a 7cm turbine......the evo's 16g's have a 10.5 cm....
that t60 is a retarded turbine/compressor matchup imo basically your turbine has to spin way faster to move the same amount of air as a 10cm turbine.....which causes it to operate less efficiently. |

My car will trap 120-121 on 93 pump. Most of Juniors 35R pump cars trap 123-125 The last time I was on a mustang, the Stg 2 STi before me made 262whp. I made 304 on RG and trapped 114. This 4.0RXT should be a 124-126 car on pump, in the stock location. Thats just nuts. |

DOM 3.0XT-R
RF010 is on 93 Octane Above Runs are comparing the Standard DOM 3.0R to the New DOM 3.0 XT-R with Billet Compressor Wheel and 10cm2 Turbine Housing. Both runs are on 93 octane and both cars have similar mods. Note that the with the new lightweight Compressor Wheel the XT-R spools faster! Above Run is on VP Q16. You will note that we shut to car down early because the clutch let loose. The peak HP numbers are not quite accurate. The car however, was on point to make about 465whp. New race gas runs should be up in the next few days! |

Can you put the same chart... but this time add the SAE correction factor to it. Basically the 409WHP graph will come down... while the 360WHP graph goes up. 30F will do that! As far as the spool there's too many variables. In paper what should happen between these 2 turbos is that the new xtr should make around 20-25 whp more at the same boost level (52 lb/min vs 55 lb/min). But it should spool just as fast or slower than the old DOM3 (10cm turbine, ligther but bigger compressor wheel) Anyway these new Blouch turbos are awesome! |

Do you guys think on a 2002 JDM 2.0L with AVCS, with a good tune and all the supporting mods except cams, do you think the Dom 3XTR is capable of making 450whp on VP C16? Also, on pump 95, is it capable of making 400whp? We have terrible 91 gas here but I have been thinking about mixing 100 unleaded to get the octane up to 95.

26lbs on pump is ludicrous... But fun for how ever long it's going to last.

I ran 28-30psi on 93 for 40k on a Subaru 500+whp.. Its not out of the question. Been doing it on DSMs since back in like 2000.
As for the turbo's they look decent. I still think for all the money you spend setting up a stock location you can do a nice rotated and be done with it... also have no real limitation on turbo/back housings selection. |

i put an extra spring in my Tial Ext wastegate last night to have 20psi spring combo on my STI with OG Green and after the install my boost is pegging at 30psi on my STRi gauge. also on 91+meth. but the logger was only peaking at 28 psi.
And my external wastegate is no longer opening......kind of concerning me......but i picked up 2psi with the mbc in the same spot. |
