Default Help removing rear diff protector/skid plate

My car came with the OEM rear diff skid plate and I see bolts holding it onto the diff but I don't want to go pulling things apart randomly due to a lack of time.

Anyone know how to remove this? Is it involved? A guide would be spectacular. Searched for the last 15 minutes but can't find anything.

The bolts don't look like they have much clearance. I can count at least 4 or 6.

Thanks in advance,

Chris

seem to remember 2 each side, one side has spacers between diff and protector. And then 2 top rear. The top rear need to be loosened only as the diff protector is slotted.

you might check under rally amor's web site for install directions for their rear diff protector, may give a clue or 2.

Ok so nothing crazy like removing the entire diff or something similar? Just unbolt?

Will probably have to unbolt my cat back temporarily

diff stays in place. Remove bolts...loosen 2 top and it slides off. you might need to remove cat back.
