Default Timing advance kit?????

I have seen this item on ebay for a while and finally got around to posting it to find out anthing about it.

What is it??
Will it actually work like they say??
Is it even worth it??
Is it a big scam??

Here is a link to one on ebay and a link in the description to sort of a home page.

Here only has a rating of "7" but he was the "Buyer" So he never sold any of these things.

He said that he has done it to his car.

This is the only one he has for know, but he sometimes has them for Legacy.

I agree this should do exactly what the Pro ECM chip does to the coolent temp (The ebay seller says air temp-its actually coolent temp). In my mind it would be worth $13.00. Its going to make you maybe 5hp at max.

He probably bought one for his own car and when he realize how simple it was he started to make them himself.

Would you not get the same effect when the car is cold in the morning?

Im surprised someone isnt selling home made Tornado's yet.
