Default Ford Fiesta video from Pikes Peak (PPIHC) 2009

I can't find the PPIHC thread? Searches for Pikes Peak, Gronholm, Grunholm, and Fiesta bring up nothing.

Yes this video is a direct rip-off of "Climb Dance." It's still entertaining.

If I were racing in a Fiesta, I would be BLARING Hispani-pop (is there a technical term for this) just for the fun of it.

how close did they come to the course record? I know that this effort was specifically targetted at setting a new course record and I remembered they rolled one in practice...

looked it up, they didn't even come close, 11:28, only 14 seconds faster than an open class Evo VIII.

Yea, it seemed like he wasn't comfortable with the car or the conditions or something. The driving just seemed a little conservative and off for a driver and car like that, but who knows.
