All makes sense. I've just never seen that big of a change in any other vehicle I've ever driven. Thanks for quick responses!

Thanks!
I want to say OEM. The center piece was black and not silver and the subaru badge I took off was screwed onto it and not taped. My friend (whose WRX is in the back) says it is OEM.

Oh. Yea I'm running 225/45/17 studded snows on my Enkei EDR9. I've noticed a few less mpg's compared to the stock bridgestones.

I need to swap my winters still but I think they weigh in close. RPF'1 (235/40/18 ) V. Steelies (205/55/16) but the handling on the Enkies is a huge improvement. I dig rolling on nice wheels but, I WANT SNOW!

We have snow here and there are a lot of us running decent rims instead of steelies. Only down fall is snow build up inside the rim causing an imbalance. I keep a stick to poke out all the snow so it doesn't freeze overnight.

Would upgraded front swaybar endlinks be a wise investment for a 2.5i? Trying to decide how to spend Christmas money

Yes, I have a perrin rear adjustable sway bar with heavy duty end links. I also have a perrin front strut tower brace installed as well

I guess upgraded front sway and links would be good then. Is your car suffering from too much oversteer or doesn't turn-in very well?

No not that I'm aware of. It handles much better if anything I have way more confiendnce in the curves. My rear sway is set in the middle. I wanted to get more comfortable in how it handled before I put my rear sway on the stiffest setting

Pcolasurfer, your front windshield is dark as fuhhhk! Hows driving at night?

Oh and I purchased and installed the OEM WRX catback and I'm happy with the upgrade. Slightly deeper tone, MUCH better looking tip, and seemed to accelerate faster between 3k and 5k RPMs. MPG's seemed to be higher than normal even though I had the OEM 2.5i exhaust in the car and a bunch of bags from a weekend trip too.

I have my whole front windshield tinted at 30% and doors and back glass at 20%. I upgraded lights to help project out a little more. But I've had no problems with it. I live out in country as well. So its very dark out at night (no street lights I mean)

Pretty easy install of the oem WRX exhaust? I'm looking to buy as well. Were you able to use oem gasket or would you suggest replacing it

Extremely easy cause it was direct bolt on. It took about 20 - 30 minutes considering the guy I bought it from cleaned it up with some steel wool before installing. We had air powered tools to make it even easier. The gasket was pretty rusted, but I drove across PA yesterday with it and there were no issues. Maybe after this winter it will be replaced, not necessary at this point though.

I did the swap and I had everything possible go wrong when removing the old exhaust... lol. But after the old exhaust was off, the rest was super easy. I'd change the gaskets, it's like $10 and easier to change now than later.

Got the A-pillar squeaks taken care of for free with this tsb http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...9&postcount=20 also got my engine flushed and I am now running subaru synthetic oil. I asked how often to get oil changed. She said I only needed to come in every 10k for an oil change to keep warantee.....I've never heard of going that long. Thoughts anybody?

I'd still change it at 5k tops TBH.
