does anyone have the factory HP and TRQ numbers for the 97 L.

went to the dyno recently and put out 137 HP and 196 TRQ at 5000RPM.

also was using junk fuel and had junk plugs in

That HP number seems about right... but the torque looks awfully high.

That torque is about right if it's in Nm. If it's in lbft at the crank, that's way too high. If it's at the wheels and there's gear multiplication involved that might be plausible.

there are 180 thousand miles on the car, original tranny and internals... how much better should i see with good fuel (was running 90) and new plugs?

good call... i just looked at the printout...and the only one i got was DIN...german shop only gave me the metric printout...

it's about right where it should be

i think that was just the 3rd or 4th gear pull. i have the vid somewhere of running all 5 gears

with my stock internal's lego L i put 111hp & 126ftlbs trq down to the wheels on the ECS mustang dyno

Is that wheel horsepower? If so I would say that's pretty damn good for a 2.2

ive got a 98 2.2l and id be more then happy to see 115hp at the wheels, but im willing to bet i dont even have that..it just feels slow as ****
