What is the longest you've gone without driving your Subaru?
How long would you let your car sit before considering draining the gas and disconnecting the battery and all that good stuff? (Attention: I'm not going to do this b/c it will only sit for a week, just a curious question)

I had to wait 8 days when I was getting my hood, headlights, etc. put on... Not very fun, but worth the wait I also had to wait a few days one time when I powerslid into a curb and bent the front control arm...
I feel sorry for my best friend though... He just got his Lexus SC300 back after waiting 3 months and a week after his uncle backed into him with his Suburban... Poor guy! -Josh |

Well let's see now. I last drove my RS Jan. 17th or 18th of 2000 and the streak will continue until I finally move home. I don't miss it much at all. I just got something faster and much cheaper to abuse.

1 month, this past winter break, because it wasn't worth driving the car back home to Texas and then driving it back up in 2 weeks. I definitely missed my car, though, and my roommate was happy about getting to borrow it the whole time!

4.5 months while deployed to Saudi Arabia. Had to drive a little toyota van while I was there. That van had seating for 15 people, we fit 19. Yes I drove it like it was an awd van. Amazing it lasted the whole time I drove it.
