Ok. I seriously need to know... Did OP buy a CVT? Because if the answer is yes, then this is a prelude to the types of questions that will soon be asked, in quantity, on this forum.

Well since you're doing a statistical double-blind cohort study, my new rex is a manual just like my other babies in the stable.

Wow.... Surprised that youre asking about bolt patterns and 15" wheels, then. I find that people who own stickshift cars are more mechanically inclined and dont usually ask such basic questions about their vehicles.

What if I told you I know many people, male and female, that drive a stick shift but haven't a clue about their cars.

Mind blown yet?

Yeah, I agree, driving a stick and knowing how cars work are two totally different things. Somewhat related things, but nonetheless, by no means correlatory.

Agreed.

I don't mod my cars or fix them myself. I just buy em, play with em, maintain them, and slap some winter tires on. 99% of the people in the world do the same. Sorry.

Sure, sounds good. Though I never mentioned the sexes. I'm not really understanding why you felt the need to inject that subject into this conversation???

sweet...so you just confirmed the 2012 gunmetal STI rims I bought in Feb will fit my WRB limited

Nice taste in mods....how does the factory stereo sound? Or should i re-word, factory speakers since you already replaced the head unit?? I suspect I'll be tearing the speakers out within the first week of ownership.

Stock speakers are fine tuned with the aftermarket 8band EQ

Awesome colour. You gonna tint the windows too? I wonder how it'll look with a 23% tint all around.

I like how on forums, they are made to ask questions, but when you ask a question, people get so worked up and have to reply with a smart ass answer instead of helping the member. No wonder this world is so messed up. People don't even hold doors open for others anymore. Geez.
I like how people take the time to reprimand you and take the same amount of time to either just dont respond or give the answer.......ROTFLMAO.........

I guess it just feels good to jump someone on a forum......

My sister drives manual, she wouldn't be able to check tire pressure, oil level, change a tire, jump start a car... As for mechanically inclined, she is not.

Just thought I'd add to the conversation. Just heard a reply from RavSpec for 2015 WRX rims:

18x8.5 + 47mm will work with OEM fitment
18x9.5 + 38mm for Coilovers/Springs

I'm not a rim/wheel expert, but thought this may be of use.

It takes even less time to properly form a complete sentence.
