It was painted about a month ago after a drunk, Asian lady slammed into me at about 1:00 PM haha.
Sometimes I really miss the white, but then again, sometimes I REALLY love this color. |

225/40R18. Skinnier than I would like, but wasn't sure what I could fit without rubbing.
Also did some clearancing this weekend on the fenders. It wasn't hitting outer fenders, but hitting on parts inside. Did a little hammering, took care of most of it, just missed a couple spots. But there's always next weekend. Quote:

Shot from my condo's balcony. I recently put the roof rails back on and I'm pretty happy. I was tired of seeing 8 bolts in my roof. |

Ha, I knew BMW's gunmetal would look good on a Legacy. (One of their millions of shades O_O) I was going to paint my car with a BMW gunmetal shade this summer but then the tranny died.

Man, I'm glad so many of you like it. It's been a project for the past 3-ish years, so it's nice to know that my work is finally paying off! Haha.
To be honest, I'm more of a 'supporter' of the work and integrity of PIA rather than a customer, however I did take my car in for the first time the other week to have a new clutch and flywheel installed. |

^^ you know what would be really sweet on that SS... some flared fenders. I see you've already rolled (pulled?) the rears a little but the fronts need some definition.
Another cool mod would be to retro fit some projectors into the stock housings...don't know how that would affect your high/low as it looks like you use a dual filament bulb? Some kind of sideskirt (I bet a GC Impreza would fit) would be sweet too. |

I've thought about buying some fender flares for a GC and retrofitting them, or maybe I should just roll and pull the fronts?
I've looked into having Lightwerks install some projectors, but it's just a little too expensive for what it is, ya know? Spending upwards of $700 on lights for a car that's valued at $2,000 seems silly. Plus, the EDM glass headlights that I have on now really seem to do their job. I love them haha. If I could just get my hands on a JDM or Australian Legacy RS then I could have sideskirts, a 'real' front lip and rear spats, along with the rear garnish and bumper. Oy, the list goes on and on hahaha. I'm sure that one day most or all of those things will happen, it's just going to take some time. |
