Default Another 11.09 on 93oct, with in-car video (crappy)

I went to Lebanon Valley dragway today in my quest for 93oct 10s. First pass I ran 11.095 @ 124.88mph, the exact same ET as last time. They kicked me out after the first pass $30 for one pass just sucks.

Anyways I had my camera with me so I jammed it in the hole in the passenger seat. Didn't come out that great but you can see "how to shift" The wideband has always had a mind of its own and this time I accidentally hit the calibrate button in the staging lane. The datalog looked great but it overboosted a little going into 5th, then pulled boost, and never got back up to target. I think I need to pull 1-2% WGDC in 5th and up the feedback a click (AVC-R).

Thanks to Ryan at Synapse Motorsport for staying late last night to get my car up and running with the copper header gaskets and uppipe/turbo support bracket. And of course Junior and Jimmy at The Shop for the awesome tune

I believe he is on a stock tranny with an ACT 6-puck.

You can tell by the way he lifts his foot on/off the gas that he did not use LC or FFS. I'm guessing just bouncing off the rev limiter a bit for launch and shifting. I do the same, eliminates and false knock.

thats proof the 6mt is stronger than @#$#...

Nice runs the car's power throws that camera right back , nice...

I bet it is hard paying $30 for one pass...

You will get that 10...keep it up, if it was easy everyone would be doing it you know...I suppose its a lot harder getting one run in at a time too....

I went 10.92 at 127 on 93/94 pump w/out meth back in october weighing 3360 witn me in the car.Jay your nos. are almost ther you just need to get your 60's in the mid to low 1.5's and you'll have it I was where you are right now when I was trying to do it,it will just take a few times to the track and for everything to come together at the same time I have no doubt you'll get that timeslip soon. good luck

Correct... no PPGs. The UTEC is an awesome POS most people have a problem with it just ignoring the LC RPM sometimes. Mine switches the LC and FFS rpms sometimes so I just launch without LC, Roly-style.

Yeah but my new camera is too small, I need to put together a Home Depot camera mount or something

The lady at the timeslip booth told me I couldn't run anymore because I didn't have a rollbar/cage. I was approached by a track official in the parking lot and he had a nhra rulebook in his hand. After some BS he said I could make another pass as long as it was slower than 11.5 but I'd already put air in my tires and was about to go.

Nice driving. Theshop/junior is the bomb. I always see him posting about fast cars at the track. Anyways it must suck for the 30/1 drag pass. I think the best way to do it is get a bunch of people to rent the track out. I hear sometimes they are a little more relaxed.
