So... to get a leather steering wheel you have to get the Limited model!?
I'd just get a base, then buy a leather wheel from the parts department, swaybar stuff, and some wheels instead of getting the Premium then. Subaru really does need an entry level car now... $18,500 to start with is just too much. |

The 4.3" LCD headunit is going to be the same unit found in the Current Forester Touring/Limited.
From what I have read/played with at the dealership they are actually very nice units... |

Funny - my dealer said that they were junk and that I would be better off going to Best Buy to purchase something there.

But you're right, they do need an entry level car now. I don't see many people heading over to Subaru to get a cheap, stylish compact car. If anything I think this new Impreza is going to hurt Legacy sales. |

Maybe the new WRX due in 2013 will be based off a new compact model that we haven't heard about yet? If they already have a whole new design for the WRX it only makes sense to sell a cheap version of it as well.

It is under "standard features"
they since changed it to Quote:
Also, they list the standard ground clearance as 5.7", so it's just a .2" lift. Not sure how this compares to previous years. |

Question: According to cars101, package #27 includes "stainless exhaust tip(s)". Where are the exhaust tips on the 5-door?
So far all the pictures of the 5-door I've seen has a black plastic trim at the bottom of the rear bumper and no room for exhaust tips. It must have hidden angled tips? A bit disappointing IMO... |

For the PZEV, any point in getting that? Right now the state that I live in does not do emission testing. However not sure if we might move in 2-3 years. So depending on the state, will I want the PZEV or would the regular be fine (I assume that will be ULEV?)? PZEV is just a different catalytic converter and ECU, right? Any good pics out yet showing good shots of the striped cloth vs. Tricot fabric seats?
