Default Fuel trim on cold start

Hi,

Does anyone know how to adjust Cold Start Fuel trim? I stored my car last November for the winter. I had my "2nd air pump" deleted when I had my engine rebuilt. Fuel trim was fine from what I remembered last Fall; definitely running richer.

i recently pull my car out from storage, When I start up my engine in the morning, I will get Short trim at +25% and eventually goes down to +4%.
once the engine warms up short trim will be +-0.75% to +-2%

Hope someone could shed me some light, on this issue.

Thanks in advance.

FYI: 2016 Sti running AP.
