Default how long till touch up paint fully dries?

How long it take subaru touchup paint to dry 100%? in about 60-68 degree weather?

When you spray a car, you should generally wait at least 30 days befor using a high pressure sprayer to clean it. You can hand wash it the next day if you need to, although some people say the paint will scratch easier for the first week or so. Touch up paint is a little different because it is applied (usually) as a single thick coat rather than two or three thin ones with curing time between. If the paint is put on too thick it can take months to cure completely.
Here's a little trivia; it takes nine years for a block of concrete three feet on a side to completely cure. That's utterly useless information, but thats my specialty.

It dries up pretty much in about 30 minutes to an hour

You'd probably want to wait a day or so before applying a second coat if needed
