Default Timing Belt Tensioner Bracket

This is from a 1998 Legacy with a phase I EJ25

So I broke the piece on the tensioner bracket that is a stay for the timing cover. I am looking for a replacement but no local wrecking yards have one.

My question is are these interchangeable with other EJ series engines, more specifically the Phase II EJ25 or the earlier 2.2L models?
