Couple noob questions.

is there a region specific trunk swap thread? Wanting to go wingless.

And

Anybody have experience with the invidia down pipe? (02-07) I'm wondering if the pitch/volume of the exhaust changes a lot between the catless and catted invidias. I have the HKS hi-power cbe and like the growl. but wouldnt mind it being a LITTLE throatier

Very nooby. I'm sorry.

the downpipe will add a lot more sound when revving and especially under load, at idle you won't notice much of a difference. i can't say about catted vs non-catted though.

I had a tuner tell me my Cobb catted DP was the cause for lack of power in my setup. I went with the Invidia catless DP and hated how loud and how much drone I had as a result. It was much louder than my Cobb catted.

Now I have the CNT catted DP and don't miss the 5hp difference between catted/catless. For a daily wagon, I'm very happy with the CNT catted DP.

I do love the sound of catless subies, just not mine for a daily wagon. Drone city even after lots of sound mat being added to the interior.

I've never seen a catted downpipe restrict power. I have done a back pressure tests on catted cobb downpipe and it was 0.

There appears to be a gentleman in the driver's seat in your picture.
You should ask him your questions.

Pretty much what brody said. Except the use of leaded race fuels will clog the cat eventually. Seeing as to how you use E85, that shouldn't be of concern.

This was an associate of mine on a cross country trip with his family. Understandably, I wouldn't feel comfortable pulling over to talk to a compete stranger either. But it does raise my curiosity as to the nose art.

I think you pretty much summed it up. Shark teeth and a betty boop graphic. End of story.
