Default Noise from wheel well

Anyone who can tell me what this is will be my hero of the day!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auihsg3vn3c

Started very faint, only when turning slightly to the right. Still makes no sound going straight, it's not the brakes, is slightly less on acceleration, braking doesn't have any effect. Definitely something rotational.

Not sure exactly what it is but things to check might be brake line routing, make sure it's not rubbing rim/tire. May also check wheel well liner isn't loose or touching. If you confirm it's not something easy, then look for something stuck behind the rotor shield and finally maybe the CV joint itself?

Is it wheel bearing related?
Also, just make sure a backing pate from your brake pads has not moved and now rubbing on the disc.
Rock stuck somewhere?
Loose wheel nuts? Though I'm sure you have checked them!

I would have said cv joint, but it doesn't sound like any I have ever heard.

I've checked the wheel well many times, nothing is rubbing anywhere - the wheel liner was replaced after an incident with a Raccoon a few years ago but hasn't moved since, the rotor shield looked a little close so I bent it back, no change. I swapped the pads from one side to the other, no change (all pads have lots of material and look to be in good shape).

It looks like it might be the CV, if that's the case I guess I should just change the whole driveshaft out? And the top-hats while I'm at it. Maybe some bushings... it never ends! lol
