Haha, Actually. The kicker was a girl. Sophmore. Coach saw her kicking the soccer ball and asked her one day to kick a football. She did a 47 yard kick so they asked her to join the team. She was on the adn getting interviewed.

Thanks guys. I have tried to take photography to another level but it is so much work and so little money. So I only really do it when I have lots of free time or I go on trips.

I don't use my gear much these days. I have a Canon 10D SLR, Tamron 24-70mm 2.8 Aspherical lense, Canon EF 75-300mm 4-5.6 IS US lense and a Canon EF 28-105mm 3.5-4.5 US. I have a heavy duty tripod and a couple misc filters. That's about it.

It's good to see you guys getting out and taking pictures. Some of the photos below are very promising.

Yeah Nate. I bow down to you. haha those are some really awesome photos. I wish I can have enough spending money for equipment but your right it does cost a bit but so little money.
Props on the picture everything is just great about them.

And to everyone else. Great job to! keep them coming. It's awesome to see what everyone takes. Doesn't matter if you guys took snap shots or really put in effort! I like them all.

Hopefully I'll get alot better then right now later on in time.

Got bored tonight after work and decided to play around for a bit.

last but not least.... The fork....

Anyone done motion shots with the cars? Always wanted to give that a try. Maybe someone should do that at the meet tomorrow. That'd be dope.

I love motion photography, and would be all over it, if I had the money to buy decent equipment. Alas I just have my big zoom P&S. I really need to get a density filter for it so I can slow the shutter down and get some motion blur.

I think Ill grab the old manual camera and see what I can do with it. Normally I only get about 25***37; of the pictures that arent blurry, wife says that it comes with time tho, lol.

Hah, Yeah I've been hoping to do motions shots soon. Actually get better at taking photos soon. I knew I should've taken that photography class in KCC... I just don't like how I'm at the same level I was at a year ago haha.
Oh well, takes time and patients... I almost got it...

Even though they are simple objects, I like the bottle and the fork. They are interesting for their quality and intense examination of common place items.

The composition of your Highway Light shot is really cool Jake. The way the road sweeps through the picture is very complimentary to the shot.

I miss my WRX more than I did my EVO. I'd love to fix up another WRX just like my last one. Here are some of my favorite shots. Plus a beautiful sunset of Alyeska, while I was snowboarding:
