Default Tuesday Starbucks East Brunswick Meet/Chat 2

thread 2, now with more bacon and no chris i'm not referring to you

for new guys here is the location of the meet:

300 Route 18 North
East Brunswick, NJ 08816

we DO NOT meet at the starbucks itself, that is just the most visible place from rt 18.

the meet takes place in the parking lot in front of petsmart, all the way in the back. people start showing up around 730, then we go get food so come hungry.

THE MEET IS ALWAYS ON. for the past years we've been meeting snow rain or shine. if anything just read, most likely meets happen every week.

okay back on track. see everyone at the pagoda tomorrow!

yeah its almost as annoying as the fb group with "mEat"

the first post is tl;dr... we're still gonna get dozens of people asking if there's a meet, what exactly we'll be doing at 8:16, 9:04, 9:17, and then not go

yes, yes, that is me dave! I kind of fell off the earth when NJT was no more.
This whole fiancee thing takes up majority of my time & money. I suggest not getting one. I can also say I moved about 15minutes away from East Brunswick . + I breathe Subaru Mon-Sat 730a-5pm

I have a demo car now, so I will slowly throw money at the wagon again.

I need to find/buy an 04-06 manual FXT ASAP. Please, if anyone knows of anything let me know. Color doesn't matter, just must have a decent body.

Hey everyone. Just wanted to ask everyones opinion on whether to buy a used cobb ap or not. I have a great deal on getting one for $390 but the gentleman selling it is out of state so I have no definite answer except his work that it's unmarried and in good condition. My tuner suggests just buying new even though it's more money so I know it has never been married to another car. What do you all think?

Use paypal and you'll be fine. Check his reviews.

I bought a used AP (make SURE it's SUB-003 model) for a bit less than that from Cali. Have no problems at all.

As long as it's unmarried, includes the AP, cable and dongle you are set. No need to buy a new one..

Thankfully he has 100% eBay user rating and I was planning on using paypal to make sure that if it's not what was listed on his eBay page I can fight it through paypal. Everything is included and he states as well as his NASIOC page and eBay page that it is unmarried. Thanks for the advice.

Dude, not trying to be a dick but how many times do we have to answer this question. I answered it for you on a pm, so did rocko in his thread and pm's. You want to buy a new one go ahead. If its in like new condition and unmarried whats the problem?

Dude I know you answered me on pm but I'm trying to make a sound decision from others out there as well. When I first asked you, I was getting advice for possibly purchasing rocko's used ap. His would have been ideal because I could pick it up in person but he doesn't want to sell it to me for $400 so I found a better deal on one that's unfortunately not local. By posting what I posted some people may chime in with their experiences with buying used ap's in which I can again make my own collective decision.
