Wow, the drop and wheels look phenomenal. I think the headlights are what really gives your car that extra pop. Where's the splash of color in the wheels?? And idk if you saw but I posted the dimensions of the diffuser in my thread. Could give you an idea of how it could possibly fit

Looks good bro...

I have some square 18x10 Works on the way. Still debating about tire size still though, might stretch for the 1st time ever since its pretty much my dd and the other cars are the track toys. But I always have another set of wheels with 265 ad08s if I ever want to take the frs out to a track day, thanks for confirming the clearance issue I felt I was gonna run into.

as stated before, finally got the suspension and wheels on and taken care of. pictures to follow.

big thanks to AZP Installs wouldn't trust anyone else. if you need anything at all, give them a call or just stop by. hell i'm just hanging around the shop time to time

here is the install:

notice the conical washer, its a must to install this correctly with the whiteline Com C's

setting up the front:

setting up the rear, FYI stock 08+ STi rear top hats work perfect. i'm running 2011 top hats in the rear.

with the whiteline top hats we were able to max out the camber at -3.2 in the front. obviously you DO NOT need that much, but its nice to know you can get that much. we left it at -1.8.

and these are the Cusco adjustable rear lower control arms VS stock.

waiting to go on:

buttoning the rear up:

initial alignment, just to set it until it settles. -1.4 camber was set in the rear with slight toe in.

My impressions on the V3's. well i'm in love. car is so planted, there is no roll but the ride is plush on the street. its not jarring like my STi was over bumps, it just eats up the crap jersey roads. it soft but then when you push it, everything is tight, hard and the feel is excellent.

and now for the good stuff.

18x9.5 +40 semi gloss black Rays Gramlights 57xtreme
265/35/18 Bridgestone Potenza RE-11

right now its -2 camber all around, but i think its a bit much, so once it settles some more i'll be taking some rear camber out for sure.

been driving all day and the car is a handling monster now. needless to say on the twisty roads these guys were having a tough time keeping up LOL

to be continued...

Car looks freaking great, love what you're doing with it. My only 2 cents for what I'd change are: I don't like the chrome on the center caps (nit picking I know right haha), I think it'd be a little cleaner if you masked off the center with the writing and then painted the chrome, and also I feel like ALL the lights on the back need to be tinted either black or red (lightly or heavily doesn't matter), just to bring a little uniformity to the back and make that a little cleaner.

But other than that, love it, can't wait to see what else is in store.

Glad you mentioned it thats actually in my to do list. Tails will be all red. And until they are done the centercaps will stay as is because it flows for now...trust me, all chrome will be gone.

Looks aside, the setup compliments the V3s!

There of been ZERO negative comments about the feel/handling of this car.

What an awesome choice.

In the pics on the back roads, the rear camber looks excessive. Other pics not so much.

On the highway the wheels do sit well on the road. Remember how youre able to rotate these too.
