Start with mine..
Gt-spec UEL headers(2 bolt flange)
2bolt rotated up-pipe with 44mm EWG
Rotated 3in Downpipe
Custom 3in Catback
Dual Burnt Tip muffler

i ordered a 3in flange and muffler with a 3in inlet offline, and took it to my friends shop where we used the pipe bender and welder to make my exhaust..
(will get more pics when i pull it off to paint the pipes black)

Muffler

Sound (reving to maybe 3k, camera about 3 ft away from exhaust)
http://s104.photobucket.com/albums/m195/twiztidunreal/?action=view&current=Hybridw272cams.flv
i think i might need to put a resonator in there to kill that raspy sound, what do you think?

Old pic from about 5 years ago. This was way too loud for a daily driver at the time so i changed it. But now that its not i might make another one.

It's a set of Tomei copy equal length single scroll headers cut just before the merge collector and custom twinscroll up pipe. Has two tial 38mm external gates off the up pipes that go down and loop back under the gearbox just in front of the oil pan. Dump pipe expands to 4" off he back of the turbo and stays 4" to the back of the car. There is a 5" body metalcat just under the seat that is fitted with 4" v-bands for easy removal. Only muffler is an 8" x 5" box on the back.

The setup isn't quite finished in some of the pictures and some of the others are a little fuzzy because of bad light and phone camera.

do you have the ebay knock off header? i built a kit for a guy once that wanted to use that header and did the same thing as you. cut it at the collector and made it twin scroll all the way. it ended up exploding the flex sections and cracked down the middle of one of the runners with it a month.

I have ebay knock off headers but the welding is good. There is no flex section in them, or do you mean the sliding expansion joint?

There are several different quality ebay knock offs. Do you know which ones you used?

The fabricator seems to think the quality and build is as good as GTSpec. Certainly has the same casting marks on the flanges, welds are all robot welds and they were hand ported before delivery.

The car is quite a way off starting yet so there won't be any sound clips for a while.

they must be different then. the one i used had flex sections and the weld didn't break, the metal did. right in the middle of a tube.

They had the choice of either of these and chose the top set because of the larger primary pipe diameter.

Same two sets here. The set they used is on the left

here is the logo cast onto the flanges

It was going to be yes...it was nearly finished then sat for two years and then I sold off the Motor and tranny out of anger/frustration. I highly regret it now but I'll do something better/improved in the future.

Who knows maybe I'll make a kit for the 2010 3.6R

...and 1 more, atleast this one is a Turbo AWD vehicle, just not a Subaru.
1991 GMC Syclone #2200. (motor and turbo set up was sold and is still around somewhere, but the truck itself was destroyed in a house fire in Feb.)

how dare you pollute this forum with HONDA pics j/k thats a nice header clean welds and that cyclone is just insane. I had a decent setup for welding but I moved to a place that doesnt have a garage (condo) so I sold it all in a moving sale but I miss it daily and finding a fellow welder buddy is difficult

If I were to do it again I would model a mini manifold in solidworks and have it CNC'd. I could likely pick up another 1" of ground clearance. I was planning to have a skidplate on there as well for safety.
