Default Are wire colors the same for an 03 TT install?? Warranty Issue??

I'm gonna try installing a HKS Type 1 TT tomorrow, and I just wanted to make sure that all the security wire colors and ECU wire colors are the same....

Also, will it piss off my dealer if I splice into the ECU for the RPM and Speed wires???

Thanks.

i would highly recommend that you get the harness for the TT, it makes install cake. plus, no splicing. check out:
http://www.alamomotorsports.com/prod...ks_timerv.html

it is part # 4103-RF002.

it will piss off the dealer for sure, and splicing the ecu wires is impossible to reverse short of soldering the 2 original pieces back together.
