I tried all sorts of chemicals to remove the paint on my '15 badge. Not much luck. Since I wanted to keep the chrome stars, I decided to use some 250 grit sandpaper to remove the background paint. Took 3 minutes. Then I used one of those headlight restoration kits and polished it up. That took another 20, but it came out perfect.

Looks good. How'd you do it without scratching the stars
