Default FS: FL 1999 RS with EJ20 VF39 JDM STI V2 5spd gearbox

Just posted this over at rs25, pasted it over here - pics below

Asking 12,000 but TAKING OFFERS

There are at least 10 people in my life that will want to kill me when they see this ad, one being the previous owner I'm sure.

Well anyway guys, I'm new on here but the car is not. This was previously owned by a great guy by the name of Stiletto here on the forums. I traded my 2006 WRX for this a few months ago. I LOVE this car, I get so many compliments at meets and getherings it's unreal. Unfortunately I have some moderate financial troubles at the moment and am forced to let this go. I own the car free and clear, clean title in hand.

Now on to the car, I traded for/bought this car back in April of this year with ~99k miles on her.

Here is a link to Stiletto's for sale page that I saw before I bought it - http://members.cox.net/mprzars/

A few things happened and changed from what is on that page...

Soon after I bought her,at exactly 100,005 miles the power ended up being too much for the stock 5spd and messed up 2nd gear pretty bad. I bought a V2 JDM STi/WRX transmission from SwapStar(supermoose on rs25.com)

Transmission had 44k miles on it at the time of installation.

Transmission was installed by a very good shop called Japtrix in West Palm. Brand new Exedy Clutch and ACT Streetlite flywheel and clutch master cylinder went in at the same time.

I have since removed the blue cluster overlays, EGT guage(it was never actually connected) 10 inch sub is no longer in the car.

The car didn't come with the side panels in the trunk but I have since replaced those, there is no trunk carpet however (EVO RS style!)

At 100,500 miles I installed a Cobb Short ram intake.

Car has brand new Black STI floormats.

SO as you can see I haven't really even driven it and it's pretty much identical to when Stiletto owned it.

The car runs amazing, pulls very good. I daily drive it, it does have some flywheel chatter from the lightweight flywheel but thats something that most people on here are very used to.

Downsides include: There is no cruise control, and there is no TGV's so you get the CEL's for that. Can be tuned out with Cobb Accessport or even open ECU I believe.

ECUtek doesn't have the ability to tune out CEL's unfortunately. OBD2 port works as it should. has the green test connectors so you can run whatever EM you would like (cobb, retune the ECUtek if you wanted etc)

The mod list is huge so I'll just let you guys check out the link which is here http://members.cox.net/mprzars/ again.

Motor Spes etc.

1999 Impreza RS - 2002 WRX motor w/ VF39 wiring harness merged by GT and installed at SOG and tuned with ECUtek
Current Miles - 101,500
Current Miles on Motor ~50k
Current Miles on Transmission ~46k
Car no longer had the black subzeros, it's now got bronze 5zigen FNO1RC's wrapped in Khumo MX's with 75***37; tread left. Evenly worn, car had a great alignment before I bought it.

Here's the full List incase some of you don't want to click the link.

I'm not sure of the actual code off hand but I can pull it for you later, I've pulled it many times, I just can't remember it.

It's for there being no TGV's in the intake manifold, the only remedy would be to get the stock TGV housings or to use the Cobb Accessport to delete the codes since ECUtek doesn't have that capability.

I'm not upset that you're selling (or possibly by now, have sold) her. I wish you had more time or money so that you weren't stuck in this situation.

As for the CEL codes, they exist because of the missing fuel pressure regulator as well.

I'm sure she'll go to a good home.
