ouch! fun stuff, those cross country trips. We did Hawaii to New York, then to Alaska, then to North Carolina, and finally back to Alaska before my dad retired.

Congrats man. I know a couple people down in that region Rallyx13 is one of em.
Somedays, I'd wish to be relocated, other days not so much. As for cross country trips... went from MO to AK (with a few MO>AK>MO>AZ>MO summer livings inbetween) and havent left... think I aquired too much crap... and too rooted now. |

LOL ^^^ LOL.... the key is, be far enough away, its not "convienent" for a day trip, but close enough you can skidattle home incase of emergencies.

wait wait wait. (1) it's a 1970 240Z. (2) I was thinking about selling my wagon so I could finish the Z right away, but now I'm going to keep it and gradually work on the Z. The wagon now has a 7cm td05-18g, modded stock injectors (815cc), and walbro pump...I also have an equal length header, took off the roof rails, and added STi splitters. See ya soon prometheum!

were you at Lejeune? or Cherry Point? Goldsboro is about an hour and a half down 70 from Cherry Point (about an hour from Raleigh the other way on 70), and it's almost 2hrs of backroads (headed southeast) to get to Jax from here, according to Google. Oh, Goldsboro is the next town west of Kinston, the local dragstrip...that might help
