Default Vivid Racing Stage 1/2/3

I guess it's kinda early to be asking about Vivid Racing's Staged kits...Anyone have one with opinions to give? Both Stage 1 and 2 seemed pretty reasonably priced for some decent power, but no permanent #'s are given.

Even if you don't have one of these kits, any opinions would be appreciated...Price, performance, reliability, quality, etc.

go to their site and enter the WRX section.

http://www.vividracing.com/prod_exhaust.php

can you hear the sound clips? frustrating for me, because this is such a potentially strong tool.

Doesn't work for me either. I've tried that file plenty of times before, never with success

Either missing file or bad link...shrug.

The links are an easy problem to fix. They inadvertently misspelled the server address on the links as "vivdracing.com." Simply right-click the link, copy to clipboard, and stick the stuff after "http://www.vivdracing.com/" on the end of the correctly spelled "http://www.vividracing.com/" already in the browser location field. They're all there on the vivid racing server, the links just don't point to them properly.

with a little research you could put together a suite of parts which suit your own needs, which should be comparable in price and performance with these packages. though i recommend vivid to get a lot of these parts from, dan is reliable and has an incredible selection of good parts.

as it has already been mentioned. It's often much cheaper to source parts yourself compared to the convenience of a "all in 1 package" ....

The GB forum often has some excellent buys.

I've just bought:
Sti injectors from the GB section
shiv up-pipe from vishnu performance directly
turboxs stage 2
supra fuel pump from http://www.partznet.com/ (very cheap!)
VF23 from irvine subaru
Samco hoses from Vivid racing

I'm sure if I bought all that one from place I wouldn't have been able to get the breaks I managed to get ($$$ savings)

If you get the chance get to a dyno day... amazing to see the real #'s put down by some of the kits on the same dyno...
