Well yeah, that's the first time I've heard having to retune for a 100% reirc bpv though, unless you are going to pushing more psi. But if you're keeping the same psi as what you were using with the stocker I don't see why. I can understand a VTA or a 50/50. But, if Clark recommends it I would trust him. Planning on having him do my tune if I decide to go with an HTA68 or 20g.

I change about a dozen perameters in the ecu depending on what BOV is used and where it is located. Drivability, and mileage is the main reason.

When are you expecting him? Wife just got a job so her income can now go towards the parts for the RS and not mine. Might be picking up the turbo around Christmas if I go through with it. Thinking HTA68 + 750cc or 850cc injectors. Not looking for huge power, something in the neighborhood of 320/330

just finished my e-tune with clark, well i still need to send him some final logs in few days so he can make sure everything is running right but im done other than that. i havent got a chance to put many miles on the car yet but what i have driven so far is outstanding. my car pulls hard and its buttery smooth.
as others have said, clark is a to the point kinda guy. i like that. he got right down to business and he delivered as promised. being a bit of a noob when it came to logging, i was a bit apprehensive, however is directions are very clear and very easy to understand. clark will definitely be handling all my other tuning needs. thanks clark, shaun h |

I have a 2007 STI with a CBE and CAI. I was running the Cobb AP2 Stage 1 OTS ACN map before but wanted to get some extra power and torque even though my set up is mild. Clark e-tuned a map for me and not only am I getting more power (I can see +3 or so psi on my boost gauge) but it runs smoother and seems more responsive. Clark was also quick to reply to my texts and emails. I'm very satisfied.

Just finalized my first AccessPort e-tune session with Clark. This isn't my first experience with him as he tuned my car way back in 06. Once again I am very pleased with Clark's services!
The reason for the new tune? Added a Process West TMIC and JDM V7 6 speed. Was also running the old EcuTek software. With the new tune the car runs fantastic, and feels smooth and powerful. The turnaround time for map revisions was faster. As always, he was always there to answer all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Clark for another excellent experience. I would not hesitate recommending your services to anyone. Thanks again C! |

Just had Clark help with a tune for one of my cars.
Wow... Very responsive, knowledgeable and patient. We got it all sorted out in a night, and the difference over the basemap is amazing. It is truly a different car, and exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to have him do more work for me. |

3" Borla Turboback APS TMIC Catless Up pipe Grimmspeed EBCS COBB AP Tuned 304 whp 324 lbft I am a rookie when it comes to tuning, data logging and turbochargers. With the help from NYFB Fabrications in Indiana and Clark Turner tuning, I was able to transform my forester in to a realatively quick and efficient grocery getter'! A well rounded vehicle, that has a safe tune and is a blast to drive when you 'get on it. Clark was quick to return revised maps and provide me with the necessary instructions in order to fulfill his specific data logging requests. EDIT: There was zero evidence of negativity surrounding his professional tuning services! My wagon runs nice and smooth @ daily driving rpm's and has great gas mileage. Sometimes Clark provides an excellent E Tuning service at a reasonable price! Cheers Clark Last edited by javaxt; 12-05-2011 at 07:38 PM. |

Clark is an amazing tuner and like someone mentioned, his turnaround time is pretty quick for someone who's probably swamped with work. His initial map was close and he nailed it on the second revision. I'm really satisfied with every aspect of how my car drives...right down to the smooth idle. It even starts up faster now!
I'm glad I went with Clark, the quality of his work is excellent and all for a very reasonable price. Throughout the logging and test driving, I kept thinking to myself that this man really knows what he's doing. |

This man must not sleep! He was always available for communication.
I had a few emails to Clark back in November about some parts I was purchasing for a Stage 2 setup. There are not any tuners local to me, so I wanted to reach out to someone that could support and guide me a bit via email. The only thing he really stressed I needed was a walbro 255lph fuel pump. Fast forward to this month. Finally got all my parts ready (swain tech was a bit slow due to holiday). Mods: Koyo rad Crawford AOS Walbro 255 FP Element Tuning catless downpipe 3" M2 catback PST carbon fiber driveshaft The car is running great and I feel much better driving on this tune than the OTS, especially when catless. |

I highly recommend this person for e-tune services. After moving from Texas to California, I needed a new tune for California 91. I didn't feel like setting up appointments and driving 200+ miles for a tune. So, my only options was an e-tune. Clark has lots of great reviews and very easy to work with. After a few logs and email exchange the car runs wonderful. Again, high recommend Clark for e-tune.

I can't say enough about Clark. I had him pro-tune my 07 STI during a visit to Dallas at the end of 07 and it has never once had an issue. Always ran nice and smooth and fast.
I have the pleasure of working with Clark again on a re-tune for adding a GS EBCS. He's been so fast at responding and communication, it makes me wonder when this guy sleeps. He's professional and his service is second to none. We are almost done with the tune, I think one more tweak and we'll be able to call it good. I highly recommend his services. I even have a couple local respected tuners available to me but they weren't even considered because of how good of job Clark did on my first tune not to mention he's been tuning subaru's longer than anyone I know of.
