Default weird reoccurring vibration

I got 1996 1.8 AWD MT impreza couple with 145,000 miles on it. That has a reoccurring vibration at high way speed.
I get on an on ramp and accelerate. Once I get going over 62-63MPH I get a very harsh vibration in the front end and steering wheel. After driving at high way speeds for around 1 mile the vibration goes away. This happens every time I get on the high way.

So far I've replaced
Both front CV joints
one of the ball joints
Switched the struts and springs with a used set of KYB AGX struts and H&R springs

Any one have any Ideas?

Have you checked for play in either the inner tie rods, wheel bearings. A belt shifting in a tire can cause a vibration, bent wheels could.. But since you say its going away, i'd lean away from the wheel idea.

On my 95, i've got a vibration, mainly at higher speeds, coming from the front end.. I have some play in the drivers side inner tie rod. I know my tires on the car are hosed, so that could be contributing to it also. But my vibration will come and go.. Usually only happens when i'm traveling in a straight line. turn the wheel enough, it'll go away.. For me, i'm pretty sure the tie rod is culprit of that.

I've checked and I can't find any play in the wheels up and down or side to side.

Would the bad front diff bearing have these symptoms?

I've experienced this vibration only once I think, and it was on a rough section of road on I-84. Anyways, I think its right behind the dash, and to rid myself of it I would have to tear apart my dash and tighten everything and mabe add some anti-rattle material type stuffs.

But I haven't looked too deeply into the issue.
