Btw rex congrats on the car. I've never put a spoiler on but miner came with it if you want to mock up a template based on it. Also let me know if you're looking for wheels for the WRX. I've got some 19's I'm getting rid of
I think I have seen you around lol.. Not to many WRX's around Greenville.. I am not looking for wheels yet but may down the road if I do the break upgrade.. I may take you up on the mock up for the spoiler! I am gonna be ordering it soon along with the fog lights..

Karting was great. I'm not sure who had the overall fastest time of the Subaru group but it was a 22something I think. My fastest time was a 23.3. I definitely want to go back

Funny I think that place timing system is bs. Every time I raced there the fastest of te group was always a 23.3. 2 out of 3 races I ran a 23.3. To the exact 23.362 or something like that. No way I can run to the exact thousandth 2-3 runs. Just seems like it's made up.

I noticed that the karts were different. My first 2 sessions were in a kart that only wanted to spin and the last session the kart was faster and had more grip

for the most part NO. one place you definitely don't want to go is fairway subaru. if you need parts maybe you can go there but there service department is absolutely horrid. its worth the trip to spartenburg. if you need tuning and mods you have to travel. I've heard good and bad things about most of the surrounding shops, it really just comes down to what you want and how much you want to spend. There are quite a few guys around that can help you with bolt ons and most of the basic mods.

Few questions, Have any of you in here ever had a issue with condensation in a headlight? I have some in my 2014 wrx! I have seen so many things on this and to my understanding they will not warranty it. I also see to stay away from Fairway? I bought my car from them and yes the service department seems a little funny to me.. Also does anyone know who drives the WRB wrx with the two yellow stripes down the sides of the hood and a stp sticker on the back below WRX? Just wondering because I was behind him today lol..

Id be super pissed if I had a new car with a crap headlight. I'd take it to Spartanburg Subaru. They should warranty it. If they don't I'd get in contact with Subaru of America. This is as long as you haven't done anything to the lights. If you have put in aftermarket hids it might be a poor fitting bulb.

I have opened up my headlights to do a hid swap and sealed them back with no problems. If you want, I have tons extra of the butyl rubber glue. We can take them apart and add some more sealant and put them back together. We can paint them black too if you don't like the chrome.

Live in Greenville off Pelham closer to 85. To take the headlights out, baked, taken apart and put back together you are probably looking at 3-4 hrs. I think you mentioned fog light install as well. Do you have that yet? Probably be best to do both at the same time.

If you have an oven and a few six packs I'm sure there's a few guys here that wouldn't mind hanging out and working on your headlights.

LOL yep I just dont know if my oven will fit them because its one of the wall ones, I dont have the fogs yet or the lip.. I think I will do the headlights, fogs and the lip and horns all at the same time. 5-6 hours and the car will have a complete face lift.
