Default v6/v7 sti seat - does it come with airbag or will it work with side airbag?

Ive sat in the v8 seat, a bit too big for me, the v5 and v4 seats that I have sat in feel like they were built for me. I'd like to get one of the older gen sti seats for my wrx but would like to keep the side airbags in case I ever need them. Do v7's come with the hole with this? if not would it be possible to mod it so it would work?
thanks

V7s are practically the same as V8s. The Version 6 and under are for the older generation imprezas.

As for the side air bags, cant help ya, sorry.

And you can't retrofit them, either. You pick comfort or you pick safety.
