since its night time down under dijm8 might not respond so heres where i stand

yes you can run and prolly need spacers to sit the way dijm8 is sitting

I am runing a 18x9.5 +32 in the front +30 in the rear
maxed out coils and only needed a slight fender roll no pull
I do how ever rub coming out of my driveway everyday

So I think 18x9.5 + 30 is the max our cars can use with out a fender pull only roll and "natural camber" with no camber kits

I drive at this height daily on a 80 mile commute round trip with no issues...just getting it in n out of the drive way is a task in itself

so at 8.5" you maybe able to add up to a 25mm spacer safely with a fender roll only

Thanks for the quick reply on behalf of dijm8! Thats what i thought, i definitely dont want to be sunk, i love the way yours looks flush without too much camber. Definitely going to buy spacers. One more quick question is what tire are you running at 9.5? i was going to run 225/40 but if i can have a little less stretch for ride comfort i would be happy

I'm running a 225/40/18 on my 9.5 wish I went with the 215 so I could space it out more and get a bbit more poke from the lip
I'll post a pic of my clearance when getting out my drive way

With coils, would a 225/40 work on a set of 18x8's? I don't really want to run anything wider wheel-wise..

That looks pretty sick garamas but i definitely agree a little bit more poke would be the bread and butter, im gonna pull the trigger on some 215 35s seeing my wheels are an inch less width. hopefully my damn car comes in soon

Im just going to throw racelands on for now, evaluate the ride and see where i want to go from there. They are too cheap to pass up, and if i dont like them i know someone who will. Low n slow is the way to go

When are you picking those up? I was originally considering just doing that for half the cost..

I am still waiting on my sport to come in off the truck. It is supposed to be arriving early next week, so if that all goes accordingly i will probably have them within the next few weeks. I work at a subaru dealership here in wisconsin and one of the techs has them on his forester. He loves them and has had em for 3 years with no issues what so ever

I had racelands right when they came out on my NA miata I was part of prolly the first batch to come out in the states and they were horrible first set of struts blew in a month i dont know how long the second set lasted i sold the car before they blew

My buddy just recently got a set on his forester and I was blown away at the quality compared to the first set I purchased ohh so many years ago. Decent ride quality and good pricing you cant go wrong honestly. But what makes raceland is the customer service when my first set of struts blew they sent me a new set of 4 no questions asked and covered all the shipping.

I would purchase BC coils on all my future cars from here on out as I really like their tech and customer care support but Raceland would be a great choice if your trying to build on a budget and I would recommend them.

Good to know..

I may just get the Racelands at first, then pick up the BC's or something later.. Just for the budget situation.. Especially since I only have 17x7.5's right now, not the 18's yet..

Not a very good quality picture but it'll do. The wheels are Drag DR-34's measuring 18x8". Tires are Falken Ziex 612+ 225/40/18's.

That's a pretty decent size. I think that's what I'm going with, the 18x8 with 225/40's. Any side pics?
