I tried to order them from Tire Rack two days ago and they said that they are not even in production yet. If that is not accurate, please let me know where I can purchase them

Then why does it have a place to order them? Does ANYONE have springs out? Or how about the coils I posted?

It's a Subaru. It's AWD. Duh.

Is the BRZ the only non-AWD model they ever had? Not sure if the SVX was AWD or RWD..

So I guess you're supposed to be born with that knowledge? Tow truck drivers aren't what I would consider the most intellectual people when it comes to cars...not saying all are dumb, but lets face it, they drive a tow truck for a living!

I have a simple solution to this problem though. Pay the hell attention and don't park illegally!

doesn't even matter where you park, our previous car, mini cooper got towed because it showed we had tickets from 8 years ago when my other half lived in another part of ny. All the tickets were paid but there computer said otherwise so a one way trip to the brooklyn tow yard it went. The tow yard is a bitch to get to, had to fight them tooth and nails to get the car. I just got a refund 2 weeks ago for some parking violation or red light ticket or whatever fine. Turns out 1 year ago they ****ed up and issued me a fraudulant ticket which I had paid. NYC traffic cops suck ass, they even ticket you before time is up, you see it all the time on the news then you have to go to court and fight and take pics of the agent maliciously ticketing your cars.

lets not even get into the phd you need to decipher the street signs assuiming you even see them lol

Debaging can also have a problem when you take the car to a mechanic, can't tell what the hell car it is,
so when they try to look it up in the computer like say for the service manual they have to play
detective.

I'm not saying you have to be a genius. But I'd say that Subaru's being AWD is pretty common knowledge. Like that a Mustang is RWD is common knowledge. And if said tow truck driver has been towing for more than a week, the likelihood of him towing a Subaru previously is probably reasonably high.

But I do agree, don't park illegally anyway.

isn't parking wars filmed in philly he he now that place is a cluster **** if I ever met one.
The smell is just a bonus

like i said doesn't matter if you are parked legally or illegally, if you get pinched by computer errors you will change your tune real quick. I only park on nyc streets when absolutely necessary, otherwise I park in a garage and inspect the car like a maniac before I leave.

A smart mechanic would just look at the vin and know what he needs to know in 5 seconds!

unfortunately a time crunch can cause this important fact to be overlooked. At dealerships its often times common for the lube guy to use the wrong lube or incorrect quantity because they are going so fast that there just isn't time. the same for a few lube places. luck of the draw, I have the awd sticker with instructions right by my vin to insure thatI don't get towed improperly and also make sure the shop knows exactly what car they are working on. I see you are giving the tristate guys a run for their money lol

Yeah because they're being dumb! They still have yet to answer my question. Smart idea about putting the AWD sticker by the vin plate though.

People posting images of their new wheels on here really need to tell us what size the wheels are and what kind. Some of these look amazing and I'd really love to get them on my car but I have no clue what they are.
