Default Heavy steering after changing the tyres

Dear All
i have an Impreza 1.6L it comes with 14" wheels, last week i changed the Wheels to 16" Alloy i bought the correct ET 55 as i got an original Subaru Alloys, i also got the correct tyres 205/50 Kumho
i am feeling heavy steering and the steeringwheel tend to turn left if i move slowly or pass by a pumpy road as if the left front tyre is heaver than the right front.
i adjusted everything in the wheels before i install it the car moves in a perfect straight line when i am driving.
should i adjust something or is that from a bad tyres?
