According to his web site:
Quote:
In order to create a patch for a specific ROM, the actual ROM file is needed.

If you cannot find your ROM ID in the categories list, you can send your ROM file to my email address so i can work on it and create a new patch.

Patches and XML parameters will be posted under each ROM ID, look in the categories for Patch-[CalibrationID] or use the searchbox likewise.

The is for the US 2002 WRX. However Subaru issued two newer reflashes for that ECU to fix problems with misfire codes. Perhaps, for US ROMs, you should chose to create the patch only for the most recent version for each model year.

We should all contribute to a prize for the first person that nukes their transmission using this stuff.

haa haa haa.. sti 6speed FTW!

QUESTION.. sorry, new to all this ROM writing/reading/modifing.
So you are looking for unused memory address's on ECU's which would be different from ecu to ecu. So that you can store the information to make the LC work. If so, could this also then be done for other features that could theoretically be created, dunno like anti-lag, which doesnt really interest me, to enhance our ecu's??

i knew you would say that

in progress USDM patches:
A4SGE01C
A4TC400L
A4TF520F
A4TF800F
these will cover anyone that wants to use the most recent version for each model year

Patches for older/outdated version will still be created upon request

correct, it is different from ecu to ecu. Every patch is actually program code written in assembly language along with new data/variables that get "injected" into the "correct" location(s) for each ecu version.
