There is also a Novice School in Houston on 6/2. I am not sure if they still have spots available, though.

Thanks! It helps to have seen the course last February b/c I sort of remembered how to do a couple of sections.
I am fairly certain that this is the first time I've ever out-PAX'ed 'Teh Puddle Lord' and Martin. My bet is that the afternoon
heat -really- took a toll on tires on the Gremm-mobile... double driving in that heat had to have killed them.

Results are up, if anyone else hasn't seen yet.

BTW: Congrats to Alex for taking down AS!

BTW2: Charles smoked off a great run with his new camber plates, almost took down Lenny!

Nice work, James! I'd love to blame the tires, but my problem was conservation of errors. For each mistake I avoided, I added another somewhere else. That doesn't help much with lap times.

Well, surely the heat didn't help things, but I have definitely had many days like you describe before as well!

Check out Stoke's times... he smoked me! I left some time out there, don't think I could've caught him ever though, he coned away some very quick runs.

Did y'all wind up having the issues with hitting the rev-limiter like we were wondering?

2 broken motor mounts ftl...........I really liked that course. My fun was cut short by the motormount carnage. RE01rs FTW......I didnt even hear a peep out of them they have alot higher limits for me to explore at a later date.

This was a strange course in terms of which cars it favors. We definitely had to shift a lot and I found myself with my left foot on the brake when I really needed my right foot there on more than one occasion

Doh!... I've done that the -very- few times I've tried LFB'ing... I've discovered my feet are just mentally impaired when it comes to that technique

That's the problem It takes practice since it feels so unnatural at first.

thanks to james007 wh helped me replace said torn motormounts last night. I rank that job just slightly more fun than a root canal and It was above and beyond the call of duty to help a brother out on a "school Night". You are racking up some solid karma points.....

It turns out I only broke the one. I was a little dissapointed because I hate to half ass that sort of thing.....
