on tuesday, there were almost 10 semi's pulled over by DPS, between Phx and Tucson. It probablyhas something to do with the recent elections.

+1 on Gilbert police being the most unreasonable dicks
and the myth of cops meeting their "quota" at the end of the month. I have a friend who used to be a cop and he told me, there isn't any quota to meet but if you come up to be the lowest (score or whatever) they WILL give you ****. |

Speaking of passing oinkers. I got pulled over last week on the way home from school in Avondale on I10 for inching past a police going 3mph fastar than he wuz. he told me that you don't ever pass a police officer. He then told me that he does not care if I am going 66, 67, or 68mph because it is still breaking the law (65mph zone). I didn't get a ticket. If I had gotten a ticket, it would be ok because my attorney is so good that cop would be working in Alaska next week- Scarface quote btw. I have a clean record and would have taken this ticket to court for sure. I need a clean MVD cause I'm going to be a blue collar wrench turner soon. All that work to keep my driving record ultra kleen and then I almost get nailed, because some cop is out for blood.
I have a feeling that they are working a campaign for speeding and tail gating because of the cops out there that I have seen in the past week. Maybe they need to waste budget money so they get more next year, or maybe they are really keeping us safe right? DWI is all about our safety too. lol. thats the biggest racket ever. As much as you HATE cops, you wonder why you get so much **** from them? I haven't had a single run-in with them in 10 years... and that's with about 20,000 miles of freeway driving a year.

Just remember, we have the 'snow birds' out here now. Especially out here in surprise area. The cops are probably out more to tag those people more than anyone else.

YEAH if a cop pulls you over for going 3 mph faster then them, thats something that i would fight in court. usually they wont pull you over unless your over 5mph over the posted speed limit. 3mph is a gray area for them. too many diff variables can attribute to their reading not being accurate. last year they had one of those radar signs "speed limit... your speed" and i use to fly by it to see how fast i can get on that short stretch of road. well anywho the speed limit was 25mph when i was doing 30mph on my speedo it read 25mph on the sign.
PS.. HAPPY PEARL HARBOR DAY bietches... lets go drink |

what are you implying? i dont drive stupid or crazy or do things to get attention.. did you hear how there was 6 of us, me in the middle, and i got tagged? or the time when i got a ticket for doing 40 in a "35" because it s a "bnew law you have to slow down 5pmh going through lights"..or the time i got "failure to stay in correct lane" when i took a speed bump sideways.. or the time i got "aggressive driving" for swerving for a 2x4 in the road? apparently not. Me hating them has nothin to do with gettin pulled over unless they have some kind of piggy hate radar
