Default It's Official..the A's are cursed

Looks like the A's are starting their own Curse: Not being able to get past the 1st round of the play-offs.

Too bad to, as Boston seems to have a huge inferiority complex when it comes to the Yankees. Might as well go ahead and circle the Yankees into the WS now.

I would like to see a sox-cubs WS tho.

Miguel Tejada should end himself for his horrible series, especially his running error in Game 3 when he would have scored if he had just kept running

The A's need to dump their crappy non-clutch players (dye, long, tejada, singleton, etc. while keeping Guillen and Hernandez, both clutch) and bring up and put more of the PCL champion Rivercats players into the lineup who KNOW how to win a series!!!

Go Sox!

If ever there was a year where they matched up favorably against the Yankees, this is it! Sox - Cubs World Series! Please! Is that asking too much?

We can only hope...

Still can't believe the A's blew it again for the 4th year in a row.

If the A's can sacrifice themselves for the Good of the Sox this year, I'll be ok.

GO SOX!

That was worth repeating. I can't believe how lazy the A's got in Game 3. They fricken had a sweep, and let it slip through their fingers!

And what was up with Dye and Guillen both not playing Game 3?

I cant really fault Dye for not having a huge series, he's been injured all year long, and never really had a chance to get his stroke. Just taking a quick look at their OPS, Dye was the fifth best hitter this postseason for the A's, and had their only HR.

And tell me why Terrence Long thinks he deserves more playing time when he hit .245 with 14 home runs and 61 RBI and struck out 67 times??? He wants to demand a trade...umm I cant see why anybody would want him!?!?!
