Good. Thats a good sign.

I have a feeling that with so many disputes against his account there will be no need to dig deep into any investigations to prove they are valid. They should see the validity of these aligations very quickly and refund back to our accounts. They will put him deep in the negative and report him to a collections company if need be.

See I wasn't lying when I said ALL of you guys would be getting refunds...paypal was just holding the money until they do they're "investiagation". Paypal will see in your favor. LTKblackbird got his refund among many others that I "supposedly" scammed. Again I'm sorry about all of this and all the money will be returned to ALL of you.

Dude you are a scammer point blank. We are lucky that paypal gave us refunds. I will try my hardest to make sure you are not involved in any buying or selling on this board or any one like it.

Once a scammer always a scammer.

And he sent me a PM to remove the negative feedback.

NEVER.

You need to stop posting here, as it does nothing more then piss each and everyone of us off, and do the following. Go to google and search the following.

Felony fraud.

If you have anymore apologies, you can make it a part of your defence in court. Frankly your apologies do nothing more than piss each and everyone of us off. Pethetic cries of a pety thief.

Sorry sir, but your not getting away from what is coming. Jail time. You will be found and you will be prosecuted. You may have hoped you were scamming a group of random "chumps" but we have news for you; We will not stop untill someone posts your arrest report.

If I walked into Target and stole a digital camera, then I got caught a few days later, do you think that handing the camera back over is going to get me out of being arrested? Even if I walked back in the store and put it back on the shelf without getting caught, I'm still a thief. I'm still going to be arrested when they find the footage.

You did not have the items advertised. We ALL know that. You were selling items under false pretenses. It's called FRAUD. You stole our money. More than enough for it to be a felony charge. We will get our money back because of PayPal. Not by any action by you.

You still commited a crime wether we all get our money back or not. The sooner you realize that the sooner you we realize you need to find a lawyer or a dark hole to cower in.

We only need one peace of mind. That your going to be made example of and we helped bring another coward to justice. I just hope for your sake this will teach you not to be a punk and you may have a place in civilized society someday. You are walking down the wrong path man. And trust me.... I know. My wrists have felt the cold sting of steel cuffs a few times.

You'll learn.

This kind of information is GOLD! Not to hunt someone down but to forwrd to the approriate LEO.

Paypal finally concluded in my favor as well. I called them just this morning and they confirm that he has ha NO contact with them regarding this issue and they also confirm there are multiple claims. I've started a case with Paypal to document whoever is involved but we need to compile totals.

Now that I have a complete workup of his perosnal information I'll be forwarding it to the Maine State Police who have generated a case regarding Mail fraud. I will also be forwarding this info to the Federal Postal service. These kind of cases will get resolved eventually!

I encourage everyone to do the same! Open up a complaint or go see a detective and give him all of this information. This is a slam dunk case for them!

good luck and may this scammer

Here is the USPS fraud complaint. I've submitted one on behalf of myself as well as anyone who wants to be part of it. Furthermore I would HIGHLY reccomend that eveyone involved go and submit their individual complaint. The more complaints that are filed the more attention this case will receive.

I can't recall the name, but one user reported to have lost $850.

Paypal claim states he has till this friday to prove his case so I have to wait till they side in my favor. I'll prolly post up a refund verification by next week then.

If anyone else gets back anything, please make sure to post.

He scammed me for 275, but I did get a refund. I didn't even wait a week to file, I smelled the scam right away.

I'd shoot this ******* in the face if I could.

Justin, you can ask any mod you want to remove your negative feedback and it's just not going to happen. There are only about 5 of us that can, and I can assure you it's not going to happen. The scammer tag? That may or may not come off, and would be a joint decision- it is a heck of a lot easier to get it than to have it removed, because actions have consequences.

Speaking of consequences, enough of the threats of violence folks- we don't need it on the forums, and it won't be tolerated- fair warning.

wow, I havent been on in a few days, and im still waiting for Paypal to rule on my claim. Anyone have any updates on their situation?

Someone showed me this thread on a 4x4 forum where a scammer lied and tried to scam a guy for some gears and the forum guys found out his real name, pics of the guy, where he lives, phone number, where he works, who his parents and relatives are and hilarity ensues.......its a pretty long read tho haha
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=399203

i just thought its so similar to our situation, check it out! apparently this was pretty big back in 2005, it got a ton of hits from a whole bunch of people on other forums the scammers been on and now when you search the guys name on the internet its just links to these threads on him and pics of him as a scammer haha

Thanks for that last one. Made me go and check and what do you know, I have my money back. Impecable timing as I have a DP lined up to buy tomorrow.

Got my money back and sold my spare turbo today. My paypal balance actually is quite sexy.

I'd say good luck to the rest, but I don't think any of the other refunds will have any issues.

THIS IS WHY YOU NEVER PURCHASE WITHOUT PAYPAL.
