Just got my LGT aligned to my specs by Dan at Kelly Radiator. He's been excellent for me for years for stock alignment but he'll set to whatever specs you provide. His price is not bad either-4 wheel alignment runs from $79 to $99, depending on what he has to do to bring it around. He set me at +5.1 Caster both sides in the front and -1 Camber both sides front and 0 toe front and rear. My rear toe adjusters were pretty frozen but he kept working on them and got them to move enough to bring it around to exactly where I wanted it. Rear Camber was already right on the money for where I wanted it to be (got lucky on THAT one...LOL)

If you need an alignment, give Dan a call and tell him I sent you-(John Peirce) @ 269-343-1533. They are open 8-5 M-F and if you want to get it done as an appointment, the only ones he takes for alignment are at 8:00 a.m.

IF your car is VERY low, he may not be able to do it. Mine is lowered about 1.25" in the front and about 1.125" rear and we had to use boards to get it on the rack because of my splitter sticking out in front of the car. Bring your own 2x12 boards about 5' long and they will definitely help.

Good luck ! !

I know I have atleast one bad wheel bearing so I'm going to pull all my hubs and take them to the machine shop to be pressed...as long as I can find a place to take my car apart...living in communities sucks.

You definitely got lucky because rear camber on LGTs is 100% not adjustable on stock parts. You need a bushing kit and adjustable lateral links to mess with it. Source: I used to own a heavily modified, low LGT.

Secondly: Needz moar low

Campbell Auto Parts-talk to Clayton-tell him I sent you. He's an ASE certified technician turned parts guy and he's done just about every repair you can think of himself, so he's exceptionally good at it.

Campbell's is south on Westnedge Avenue past the mall, past Culver's and just past Autozone on the RH side. 269-327-8589. I've been buying from them for about 30 years and their prices are good too.

Don't want moar low. I'm not into slammed cars for myself. I like proportional and besides, I generally only run the car on the track anyways. I don't drive it much on the street.

I'm usually just messing around when I say that. I had Megan coils on my LGT and they were solid for the price I paid. Before that I had H-techs on the stock struts and it provided a nice visual drop, but I like no wheel gap.

H-techs

Definitely digging on the white wheels. I'm going to dip a set of Rotas I have in white just to see how much I like them but I'm pretty sure that I will. Mine is also RBP so that photo was perfect for me to see...LOL.

The Rotas I have are 17x7.5 SubZero's and they would look quite similar to yours although I can't tell if yours are 17 or 18. My guess is 18.

The silvers look good too but the whites really stand out great.

Your eyes are definitely better than mine...LOL. I couldn't tell those were Works because it looks slightly fuzzy to me (although I probably wouldn't have recognized them anyway...LOL)

I just put the BC Racing BR's on mine. I hadn't checked the damping on them and drove it a couple time short distance and I thought they rode pretty damn rough. I checked them the other night and all 4 were at 25! !
I wonder why it rode so bad...LOL. I reset them to 8 in the front and 10 in the rear to start and it's substantially better on the ride now.

Yeah. The silver ones were XD-9s. Only 18x8s though and they weighed entirely too much for what they cost (something like 22lbs per wheel). Turn-in and steering response quickened noticeably when I put the Gramlights on (18lbs per wheel).

Is anybody up for a meet this Thursday or Friday? I feel like it would be a good time to get together some place out-of-doors.
