What did your VF39 make? Can you post the plot?

Wow man that looks really nice. Smooth power delivery, great spool and it holds the power well. Very nice. You must love it. Get some meth or e85 and crack 400. Lol

Thanks guys.
The 39 was never on a dyno, so no plot for you. Yep pull was in 3rd. Calvin said with the 07+ 6 speeds he uses 3rd because of the taller 4th and 5th gears. |

How long do you expect the engine to last?

Nice graph, looks like a fun ride.
Full boost at 4000rpm on a 2.5l, I can't imagine a 2.0l! (probably 4500 lol) What would a normal 20g without the xtr reach full boost? 200-300rpm later? |

NO idea. I guess it will last as long as it lasts.
Probably negligible difference between the XT ans XTR. Keep in mind it does spool faster on the street. Not a lot faster, but faster nonetheless. |

Very nice graph! Good amount of stable torque in there and hp pretty much climbs to the end. How does it feel? Congrats as well, post some pics of the car.

Just out of curiosity, do you know what effect a 3" inlet housing would have in terms of power/ spool? I am thinking of purchasing a about the same sized turbo, Dom1.5xtr-ts, for my stroked Ver.8 ej207 but I am having a hard time figuring out what the advantages of going with either inlet housing would be.
Otherwise the graph looks awesome and I hope I have near the same results. Although I have been thinking about going w/ e85 as well, which would be a whole different ball game lol. -Luke |

I'm sure a 3" inlet wouldn't hurt. It seems on some turbos it makes a big difference in spool. There is a thread of here from the guy that ran Deadbolt Turbos. He did some testing on the 2.4 vs 3" inlet on an Sti and concluded the gains in spool they saw had more to do with having to do tgv deletes to get the compressor cover to fit than having a 3" cover. I don't have empirical evidence but I bet it would make a difference on 60 lb/ min turbos in a rotated setup.
